About the role
You would own implementation and customer success for the company's AI agents at some of the biggest companies in the world, connecting customers with the product and engineering teams. This is a senior, high-agency seat: you need to hold your own with C-suite executives, push back when a request is the wrong call, and make decisions that shape both customer results and the product. The company is growing fast, well funded, and hybrid in San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Guide 5 to 6 enterprise accounts at a time through onboarding, from early planning and blueprints to integration and launch
- Win over supply chain chiefs, CFOs, and steering committees of 10 to 15, and use early results to drive adoption
- Steer customers to best practice with a clear, defended point of view rather than taking orders
- Bring what you learn from customers to product and engineering so it shapes the roadmap
- Team up with pre-sales on demos and PoCs, and support junior analysts who handle integrations and data loading
