About the role
Staff-level AI engineering for software-defined vehicles: build the AI layer — LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG — that brings intelligent diagnostics and automation to next-generation automotive software, at a company working with major global carmakers.
What you'll do
- Lead development of AI-powered solutions for complex automotive use cases
- Run the full model lifecycle: modeling, training, tuning, validation, deployment, maintenance
- Build with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, and the surrounding data engineering
- Analyze vehicle and fleet data to inform product decisions
- Translate customer requirements into working AI systems with cross-functional teams
- Document and communicate architecture and design to stakeholders
