About the role
Field engineers here lead technical delivery for the company's most demanding customers. In this role you would embed with fast-moving AI-native companies and get their hardest AI workloads running in production quickly, writing prototypes, MVPs, and integrations yourself. The work mixes hands-on engineering with product thinking and customer delivery, and you also need to hold your ground in executive conversations about system design, strategy, and outcomes.
What you'll do

- Write the code yourself: prototypes, MVPs, and the integrations that carry them into production
- Advise customer leadership on system design choices, technical strategy, and the business results they can expect
- Connect engineering, product, and delivery work so customer projects move fast
What they're looking for
- 3 to 10 years of engineering experience, including hands-on work directly with customers
- Strong Python and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
- A track record of building and shipping AI systems quickly in production settings
- Confidence discussing architecture and business trade-offs with executives
