About the role
One of the first deployment hires at a YC-backed AI startup whose revenue tripled in six months, with a Fortune-500 commodities giant already on the books. You'd turn messy real-world trading workflows into production AI systems and help design the deployment function itself.
What you'll do
- Own deployments end to end: discovery, scoping, configuration, UAT, go-live across concurrent customers
- Map customer workflows onto the agent platform: data modeling, field mappings, business rules
- Run kickoffs and working sessions with everyone from warehouse operators to VPs
- Be the customer's internal PM and feed structured insight back to product
- Build playbooks and internal tools with AI-assisted dev tooling
What they're looking for
- 1-5 years in strategy consulting, biz ops, applied-AI deployment, or professional services with hands-on execution
- Genuine daily AI fluency for prototyping and automation
- Comfort with structured data: CSV/JSON, field mappings, APIs
- San Francisco based (or relocating), in-office 4 days/week, up to 30% travel
