About the role
Build the technical foundation of an agentic clinical platform at a seed-stage healthcare-AI company: the context management, tool use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows that let AI complete complex clinical tasks safely — work that directly shapes care for chronic-disease patients.
What you'll do
- Build the agentic platform: context management, tool use, orchestration, permissions, memory, human-in-the-loop
- Prototype clinical AI experiences fast; productionize the strongest for real clinicians
- Design evals, regression suites, and launch criteria covering quality, safety, latency, cost
- Build observability across model behavior, tool calls, traces, and workflow outcomes
- Translate real clinical workflows into trustworthy software with clinicians and product
