About the role
You would own a portfolio of AI agents for clinical work, taking each from first concept to measurable results in the real world, operating less like a traditional product manager and more like the general manager of a small business. That means gathering requirements with clients, teaming with engineers to get agents built and shipped, and improving them once live. You should be able to read and contribute to the code, stay effective amid ambiguity, and hold your ground in rooms full of clinicians and customers, at a fast-growing, well-funded startup widening access to care.
What you'll do
- Run sprint planning with engineers and keep agent delivery on schedule so the team ships what it commits to
- Review pull requests, write code with AI coding assistants, and challenge engineering choices to keep builds healthy
- Sit with clients to learn their clinical workflows and frustrations, then scope new agents or improvements to existing ones
- Set the metrics, monitoring, and evaluation approach for live agents, find where they fail, and plan each next version
- Own the roadmap for your agents and generalize patterns you see across clients into shared, scalable features

- Enough technical depth to review and write code in a TypeScript and Node.js codebase
- Comfort with ambiguity and a scrappy, hands-on approach
