JD — the work
About the role
This role owns everything after a deal closes: you would guide large insurance clients from solution design to go-live and make sure each rollout delivers clear ROI. You would sit between internal engineers and the messy reality of a big insurer's operations, able to hold your own with demanding executives, then open up the data model yourself to fix whatever is blocking progress.
What you'll do
- Run several client deployments at once, from post-sale design to launch
- Be the go-to person for VP-level client stakeholders on every account
- Shape architecture, data modeling, and workflow design together with client teams
- Turn messy client situations into structured plans for engineers and executives alike
- Handle some product configuration yourself and write clear specs for the engineering team from complex client needs
- Support sales on late-stage deals by shaping scope and finding room for expansion
What they're looking for
- About 3 to 5 years of client-facing work, with real technical depth
- Confidence leading a room of senior, demanding executives
- Comfort reasoning about system design, workflows, and data models
- Skill managing many stakeholders with competing priorities at large enterprises
- A track record of implementations that deliver measurable return
