JD — the work
About the role
You would build the interface for a developer platform that hosts AI agents and lets developers wire models to tools through one API. The team is small, venture-backed, and building core infrastructure for agentic AI, so the frontend you ship will shape how developers experience the whole product. It suits someone who cares intensely about user experience and small details, follows browser and web technology closely, and holds strong views on frameworks and rendering.
What you'll do
- Own the main product interface for the company's tool gateway and agent SDK, built in React and TypeScript
- Build accessible, responsive screens with polished animation, transitions, and interaction details
- Improve load speed and web vitals through smarter bundling and thoughtful loading states
- Make key calls on React Server Components, streaming, styling, and frontend architecture
- Pair with fellow engineers so complicated agent workflows become easy to use in production
What they're looking for
- 1+ years of experience building user-facing web products
- Fluency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and CSS; Three.js is also part of the stack
- A strong portfolio of shipped work and a sharp eye for UX details
- High agency and the ability to work independently
- Well-formed views on web frameworks, rendering approaches, and the future of the browser platform
