About the role
Own end-to-end delivery of AI-native software for state, local, and federal government: meet the client, design the solution, build it with AI-native tooling, and ship systems that replace decades-old public infrastructure. Roughly 75% building, 25% client-facing.
What you'll do
- Own entire projects: client discovery, solution design, build, delivery
- Use AI-native coding tools daily to iterate at speed against live requirements
- Design reusable scaffolding that compounds across future deployments
- Work directly with non-technical civil servants
- Occasional travel (~5 days/quarter) to client sites
