About the role
The forward-deployed model applied to one of the least automated industries in the economy: embed on-site with bank teams, learn underwriting and lending workflows firsthand, and build the software that changes how they work — roughly 70% building, 30% embedded. Hiring across levels, from strong early-career builders to senior tech leads.
What you'll do
- Embed with bank teams on-site alongside underwriters, lenders, and operators
- Develop the deepest understanding anywhere of their workflows and bottlenecks
- Build and ship the platform capabilities that remove the tedium
- Help decide what's worth building across customer, product, and engineering
What they're looking for
- FDE level: 0-3 years with demonstrated shipping ability
- Senior/Tech Lead: 3-5+ years with architecture ownership and comfort in ambiguity
- Deep user empathy paired with real building speed
