About the role
Founding FDE at a Series B document-AI company processing tens of millions of pages monthly and growing revenue ~8x year over year, backed by three of the most respected names in venture. You'd own technical deployment for some of the world's most sophisticated enterprise customers and shape the FDE function from scratch.
What you'll do
- Run rigorous pre-sales evals, custom demos, and win competitive bake-offs
- Own post-sales success for 1-3 enterprise accounts: unblock, deepen adoption, unlock expansion
- Build whatever drives value: eval apps, customized agents, product modifications
- Create diagnostics, dashboards, and eval harnesses tracking performance and regressions
- Work directly with founders to shape product and engineering strategy
What they're looking for
- 3-6 years deploying production software, ideally with enterprise or regulated customers
- Excellent Python; capable across Bash and infrastructure
- High agency and an uncompromising quality bar
