About the role
Own the full lifecycle of AI-interviewer deployments at a healthcare-recruiting automation company: from onboarding and requirements through production and continuous iteration — a function at the core of the company's growth.
What you'll do
- Build, deploy, and iterate on AI interviewer agents with internal tooling (Python/JavaScript, agentic pipelines)
- Own the post-sale cycle end to end through go-live and ongoing improvement
- Monitor production agent performance and ship rapid improvements from customer feedback
- Contribute to the core codebase alongside the engineering team
