About the role
Own end-to-end delivery of AI-native software for state, local, and federal government: meet the client, design the solution, build with AI-native tooling, ship systems replacing decades-old public infrastructure. Roughly 75% building, 25% client-facing.
What you'll do
- Own entire projects: discovery, design, build, delivery
- Use AI-native coding tools daily against live customer requirements
- Design reusable scaffolding that compounds across deployments
- Work directly with non-technical government stakeholders
- Occasional travel (~5 days/quarter)
