About the role
You would turn clinical ideas into working AI agents and ship them inside some of the country's best-known hospital systems, connecting clinical teams with a live AI platform that already covers millions of patient records. Ownership is high and the role is effectively founding-level; the company recently raised its Series B after multiplying revenue last year. The platform's work has already helped save patients' lives.
What you'll do
- Sit down with doctors, clinical champions, and hospital IT teams to map their workflows and frustrations
- Shape rough clinical concepts into well-specified agents that can run in production on the platform
- Develop agents from start to finish, writing evals to confirm each one behaves as expected
- Refine live agents over time against clinical guidelines and feedback from operations so each use case keeps paying off
- Close the gap between a doctor reporting an issue and a fix landing in the platform, usually within days
What they're looking for
- 1 to 6 years of software engineering experience
- Comfort working directly with physicians and hospital IT staff
- Ability to take a vague idea all the way to a production system on your own
- Experience with parts of the stack: Python, TypeScript, React, Rust, Kubernetes, AWS
