About the role
You would run enterprise customer implementations from start to finish for an AI debt recovery platform, pairing solid engineering with clear client communication. The company is a small, accelerator-backed team that has grown revenue quickly since launch and is aiming to roughly triple it. The role is on-site in New York, and you answer to your clients directly rather than to an internal manager.
What you'll do
- Collect enterprise customers' requirements and run recurring calls guiding them through each implementation step
- Configure and build AI agent deployments whose difficulty ranges from routine to very technically demanding
- Talk with customers by email and phone to confirm the AI handles each scenario correctly, fixing issues in real time
- Take clients live and make sure they see a clear return within their first month
- Be fully accountable for each account, answering to the client instead of an internal manager
What they're looking for
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience
- Strong engineering skills paired with excellent written and spoken client communication
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS
- Willingness to work on-site in New York
