About the role
You would sit on the team that connects customers with the product organization, working inside large home services companies whose businesses bring in nine figures a year. The job is to build and launch AI agents that produce real revenue results, then use what you learn in the field to shape where the platform goes next. The role is on-site in New York and works closely with the founders.
What you'll do
- Develop and launch AI agents across phone, voice, and text channels for large home services companies
- Own customer relationships from implementation and onboarding through ongoing success as the main point of contact
- Bring customer problems to design, engineering, and product teams and help turn them into better platform features
- Cover implementation and success work after the sale, keeping customers happy and expanding accounts
- Partner closely with team leads and the founders on what goes into the product roadmap
What they're looking for
- 1 to 5 years of engineering experience
- Comfort owning customer relationships and working in the field with business operators
- Experience with parts of the stack: Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, LangChain, Salesforce
- Willingness to work on-site in New York
