About the role
You would design and ship custom AI agent systems that handle essential finance operations in the back office for enterprise customers. Working directly with clients, you would own each project from start to finish and deliver solutions that are ready for production. The team is small, close-knit, and high-ownership, at a Series A company offering fully managed AI workforces as an alternative to traditional outsourcing.
What you'll do
- Create and launch bespoke multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients
- Own customer projects from scoping through launch in production
- Partner closely with each client to learn their back-office processes and deliver measurable results
- Ship dependable solutions for finance and other back-office operations
What they're looking for
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a forward deployed or customer-facing software engineer
- Comfort owning customer projects end to end and working directly with clients
- Python skills and cloud experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco
