About the role
This is a founding-level chance to build the company's deployment function, owning AI rollouts from start to finish at Fortune 500 companies in the semiconductor and financial industries. You would manage whole accounts, from executive sponsors to everyday business users, and design agent-based solutions on the platform. The ideal person thinks in systems, has led AI projects inside large enterprises, knows how to develop with agents, and can turn complicated business problems into answers that work at the platform level.
What you'll do
- Run enterprise accounts end to end, rolling out agent systems across semiconductors, banking, insurance, private equity, and tax and audit
- Spend time with large enterprise customers to learn how they work, then architect agent-based solutions for them
- Feed what you learn from deployments back into the core product and its roadmap
- Work with the founding forward deployed team and executives on deployment strategy, hiring needs, and how the function scales
- Create tailored agent systems, integrations with customer data, and bespoke AI workflows, stretching what the platform can do
What they're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience, including hands-on leadership of enterprise AI rollouts
- Systems thinking that connects business goals, product, and engineering
- Working knowledge of building software with and around AI agents
- Skill at turning messy business needs into solutions that work at the platform level
- Comfort managing relationships from executives to end users, on-site in New York or San Francisco
