About the role
You would be one of the first engineers on a new team that deploys the company's AI agents with customers, converting complicated, high-stakes operations into dependable AI systems that pay off right away. This is an engineering-first role rather than a typical implementation job: you ship real features, improve the core platform, and help decide how the new function works, with direct influence on product direction and company growth.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver robust production systems for high-priority customer pilots, turning complex requirements into lasting implementations
- Write and maintain the APIs, backend services, and connectors that add new capabilities to the agent platform
- Connect the platform securely to outside systems, prioritizing uptime, visibility into behavior, and code that stays maintainable
- Fold recurring customer problems and unusual situations into shared features that help every future deployment
- Carry important deployments from first design to go-live and beyond, including scaling and tuning
- Team up with sales, engineering, and customers to tackle important problems and get ideas into production fast
