Mission-driven founding role automating architecture to attack the housing crisis: run high-autonomy experiments improving multimodal agents that check building plans for code compliance — directly changing how fast housing gets built.
What you'll do
- Generate hypotheses and run time-boxed experiments improving multimodal agent accuracy
- Direct your own research roadmap from experimental results
- Work across SFT, distillation, retrieval, and context engineering
- Run computer-vision evals and build internal experimentation tooling
- Talk to users and dogfood weekly
