What you'll do
- Generate hypotheses and run time-boxed experiments improving multimodal agent accuracy
- Direct your own research roadmap from experimental results
- Work across SFT, distillation, retrieval, and context engineering
- Run computer-vision evals and build internal experimentation tooling
- Talk to users and dogfood weekly
