About the role
You would be among the earliest engineers, working next to the founders to build a self-serve product so any company can create strong video creative on its own. Today the team also delivers video for a growing roster of customers, including well-known tech companies; the aim is to turn that service into software. The founders combine artistic training with deep engineering experience, the company is raising its seed round, and the team works in the San Francisco office every weekday.
What you'll do
- Own the web product across UI, server code, and infrastructure, from first commit to release
- Build self-serve tools for making product launch clips, sales outreach videos, and marketing localized for different regions
- Influence the roadmap directly, splitting time roughly evenly between product thinking and execution
- Wire language-model agents and video generation pipelines into an interface that feels refined
- Meet current customer commitments while trying out and refining new product ideas quickly
What they're looking for
- 0 to 3 years of experience; early-career engineers are welcome
- Full-stack skills with Python, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Creative intuition alongside engineering craft, since the team values both equally
- Readiness to work from the San Francisco office every weekday
