About the role
Own the AI stack for freight at a modern brokerage platform: agents for carrier sales automation, quoting, email triage, and fraud prevention across dozens of load-theft vectors — with a real seat at the table on business direction.
What you'll do
- Build LLM agents and workflows for carrier sales, quoting, and email routing
- Set the technical foundation: architecture, deployment, tooling, CI/CD, culture
- Build fraud-prevention systems against load theft
- Embed with freight brokers — join their calls, watch them work, encode it in software
- Partner with the Head of Product on build/buy/integrate decisions
- Ship prototype-to-production in hours, not sprints
