About the role
True founding role at a 7-person defense-tech startup already deployed with multiple US military customers: build the agents that automate administrative work for mission-critical units, with significant equity and a direct line to the users.
What you'll do
- Own full-stack development of the core platform: knowledge graph, agent workflows, customer-facing features in TypeScript
- Iterate directly on feedback from military users, translating mission needs into production code
- Mature the orchestration platform: customer-configurable agents and workflows
- Travel to bases ~monthly (mostly SF-local) to embed with users
- Shape product direction with real autonomy

- Early-stage shipping speed and ownership
- Comfort working directly with defense customers
