About the role
This is a true zero-to-one founding role on an AI workspace product for companies, covering agents, evals, infrastructure, product, and customer-specific workflows. You would help turn strong early customer interest into a lasting platform, working with customers and shipping AI features to production quickly. It suits a full-stack engineer with strong product sense who has built something from nothing before, as a founder, an early engineer, or one of the first technical hires.
What you'll do
- Lead the agent platform's foundations, such as event triggers, tool calling, human approvals, memory, evals, and monitoring
- Own features from the first customer conversation and design doc through implementation, release, and follow-up iteration
- Build the core user-facing product in React and TypeScript on a Python and FastAPI backend
- Help set the product roadmap, system design, team habits, and company culture from day one
- Work hands-on with customers and quickly ship AI features that hold up in production
What they're looking for
- 3 to 7 years of engineering, including prior zero-to-one work as a founder or early engineer
- Product-minded full-stack engineering with an entrepreneurial streak
- Comfort with ambiguity and with talking to customers directly
- A record of getting reliable AI products in front of users fast
