About the role
Be the technical heartbeat of a fast-growing customer-lifecycle AI startup already trusted by well-known B2B software companies: embed with enterprise customers, wire agents into their real systems, and own accounts end to end.
What you'll do
- Embed with customers to map onboarding, adoption, and renewal workflows to agent value
- Deploy agents against real systems: data warehouses, Salesforce, SSO, integrations
- Build evals on real customer data and hill-climb until agents clear the bar
- Partner with GTM as the technical credibility in the room
- Fix the platform when it gets in the way; debug live deployments to root cause
