About the role
Backend-leaning full-stack work on continuous-improvement infrastructure for enterprise agents: a closed loop where every production failure becomes signal that improves both the knowledge base and the agents using it. Small, highly technical team; meaningful architecture ownership.
What you'll do
- Build backend systems powering agent evaluation and continuous improvement
- Model evaluation datasets, experiment runs, agent traces, knowledge versions, quality criteria
- Own enterprise integrations end to end: OAuth, webhooks, syncs, backfills, rate limits, retries, monitoring
- Carry features from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Work directly with enterprise customers to diagnose failures
What they're looking for
- Strong backend fundamentals: data modeling, queues, execution pipelines, distributed debugging
- Full-stack ability to ship the product surface too
- Comfort with enterprise customer environments
