About the role
You would join a fast-growing engineering team building an easy-to-use interface so that non-technical marketers can put sophisticated data and AI features to work. The team is creating the next wave of growth and marketing tools, where machine learning increasingly drives everyday decisions. You would own features from start to finish, work closely with customers, designers, and product managers, and pair with ML engineers to turn model output into insights marketers can act on with confidence.
What you'll do
- Design and ship full features for the next wave of growth and marketing tools
- Work with customers, designers, and product managers to learn how people actually use the product
- Collaborate with the machine learning team on insights that help marketers decide with confidence
- Create an analytics and observability layer that highlights what matters in marketing performance
- Bring sophisticated ML models into responsive, interactive UIs
- Build approachable tools that let growth teams configure sophisticated experiments
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including zero-to-one user interfaces built alongside product teams
- Ability to own the architecture of complicated frontend systems without close direction
- Fluency with CRUD apps and a firm grasp of data modeling and backend APIs
- Comfort with TypeScript, React, and Go
