About the role
You would shape the core of a voice automation platform, designing systems that scale and interfaces that feel simple while handling millions of automated calls. Working across Node.js, TypeScript, and React alongside the founding team, you would tie backend work such as telephony integrations and prompt orchestration to frontend dashboards and analytics. Feedback loops are short, you work directly with customers, and you help define a product that leads its category.
What you'll do
- Build core capabilities including telephony integrations, analytics, dashboards, and orchestration of prompts
- Work across the whole stack: refined UIs, dependable APIs, and the DevOps workflows behind them
- Take projects from system design to production and keep iterating after launch
- Design APIs and interfaces simple enough that customers go live within hours
- Help customers onboard, troubleshoot their problems, and feed what you learn into the product
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills; Python and AWS are also in the stack
- Experience owning projects from architecture through deployment
- Comfortable working directly with customers and moving quickly on feedback
