About the role
Early team (seven people, from top hardware and AI companies) building AI that autonomously operates factories — already deployed at a precision aerospace manufacturer supplying leading space companies. Own customer-facing features whose impact shows up on the factory floor the week they ship.
What you'll do
- Own features end to end — e.g. AI-assisted collaborative interfaces for factory operators
- Extend agent orchestration for scheduling, dispatch, and driving indirect labor toward zero
- Work the unified data layer over legacy factory systems: ERPs, MES, PLCs, spreadsheets
- Apply context engineering, agent harnesses, small-model training, and RL in production
- Deploy with customers and watch throughput move
