About the role
Own the AI stack of an AI-native wealth-management firm where agents are the primary users of the system of record: a general agent for advisors, ambient agents acting for clients, and the harness, generative UI, and eval infrastructure that make human-AI collaboration actually work in a regulated, judgment-heavy domain.
What you'll do
- Build a general agent for complex multi-step tasks: planning, sandboxed execution, retrieval
- Build ambient agents: email triage, meeting processing, drafting, proactive surfacing
- Own the agent harness orchestrating LLMs, context, tools, and business logic
- Design generative UI and human-in-the-loop collaboration surfaces
- Build eval infrastructure spanning high-correctness financial data and subjective judgment
