About the role
You would join a growing engineering team building an AI platform that runs customer research largely on its own: it designs interviews, recruits suitable participants, and analyzes the answers, turning weeks of work into hours for large enterprises. The role spans product and platform work, and you would take complex problems from start to finish as the product roadmap expands.
What you'll do
- Build the analysis and insight experience, including in-product chat
- Develop incentive and participant-recruitment features for self-serve use, including lists and panels
- Contribute to the product experience, from the look of the whole platform to its shared design system
- Team up with designers and product managers on initiatives driven by product needs
- Take on platform work, including APIs and distributed backend systems

- Strong TypeScript across backend and full-stack work
- Ability to own complex problems end to end, from product to platform
