About the role
The technical bridge between an R&D-AI platform and its growing partner ecosystem: six months hands-on in live enterprise implementations across chemicals and materials, then accountable ownership of a growing book of partner-led accounts.
What you'll do
- Learn the platform as a hands-on implementation IC (~6 months)
- Manage 3-5 growing to 10-20 partner-led enterprise accounts
- Run partner check-ins: questions, issues, best practices
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and account management
- Build enablement infrastructure and training that lets partners implement independently
What they're looking for
- STEM degree (chem eng, materials science, chemistry) with real research-workflow understanding
- 2-4 years in enterprise implementations, technical consulting, or industry research
- Strong presenting, coaching, and stakeholder skills
