About the role
Technical co-pilot to the CTO at a next-generation engineering firm: build the platform from zero — CI/CD, multi-tenant infrastructure, observability — so that onboarding each new engineering client takes a fraction of the time the last one did.
What you'll do
- Own platform architecture and shared infrastructure for the forward-deployed team
- Own commit-to-production: CI/CD, preview environments, test infra, DX
- Define observability and incident practice — then instrument it
- Build multi-tenant infrastructure that compounds
- Occasionally visit client sites to see workflows firsthand
