About the role
Backend-leaning product engineering at a legal-tech startup transforming US immigration: sit directly with the internal legal team (no PM buffer), ship AI-powered tools that save them hours daily, and build at 5-10x speed with AI-native tooling. What you'll do
- Own features end to end: APIs, schemas, React frontend
- Build tools with the legal team sitting next to you
- Use AI coding tools as your primary shipping method
- Build AI features on LLMs for high-stakes immigration casework
- Iterate rapidly with founders and external customers
