About the role
You would take charge of key parts of the product and build them fast at an expert network built around AI that is already revenue positive and backed by a solid seed round. The role suits a fast-rising generalist who understands the business, uses data to find user problems, and builds the fixes with AI-assisted development. You would work alongside the founders and the platform engineers, and changes typically ship in hours rather than weeks.
What you'll do
- Figure out the right thing to build from user and business context, and build it yourself using AI coding tools
- Take complete ownership of product areas, from writing the spec through release and rapid follow-up changes
- Talk directly with consultancy and private equity clients to learn where the product falls short, then fix it
- Go through code and design reviews with the CTO and platform engineers without slowing your pace
- Test, debug and refine the AI workflows and agents that find experts and run interviews
What they're looking for
- 1 to 4 years of experience shipping product as an engineer
- A generalist on a steep trajectory who understands business context, not just code
- Comfort using data to identify user problems and decide what to fix first
