About the role
Own the customer-facing surfaces of a human-risk security product — the interfaces where behavioral interventions actually reach employees: video briefings, compliance-training modules, slideware, and real-time Slack/Google Chat notifications. Roughly 70% frontend, 30% backend, with real opinions required about how the two meet.
What you'll do
- Own the delivery surfaces: training modules, briefings, notifications across chat platforms
- Hold both sides of features like JSON-assembled training content rendered through a visual editor
- Evolve the GraphQL schema between front and back end, keeping it backwards-compatible
- Improve data-loading efficiency across the stack
What they're looking for
- Frontend-strong full-stack ability focused on shipping to real users
- Comfort owning GraphQL contracts
