About the role
Applied-AI product engineering at an industrial-labor marketplace: wire frontier models and existing agents into the products that source, vet, match, and place workers across millions of shifts — partnering with the CTO on architecture while shipping across worker, business, and ops surfaces.
What you'll do
- Apply agents and frontier models across the stack to automate vetting, matching, fulfilment
- Lead frontend and backend development; mentor other engineers
- Architect core systems: real-time matching, autonomous vetting, distributed systems, APIs
- Own product surfaces end to end with product and design
