About the role
You would own creator growth in a two-sided games marketplace, building that function almost from nothing as the counterpart to the player growth lead. The platform ranks among the fastest-growing consumer products anywhere, the team is small and well funded, and you would work for the CEO with big ownership from the first day. The ideal person mixes engineering, design, product and data skills and can prototype, experiment and ship changes that measurably lift key numbers.
What you'll do
- Own the creator journey, from arriving on the platform to releasing a debut game, and find the biggest levers
- Build quick prototypes and mockups yourself with AI coding tools, then take the winners to production with front-end engineers
- Dig into data and A/B test results to find what drives creators to join and keep building
- Spend time with creators in the large online community, collecting feedback and turning it into product changes
- Help set the roadmap with design, data and engineering, and build a growth team that keeps pace with the platform
