About the role
This PM opening has two tracks, both reporting to the VP of Product. On the staffing track you own the marketplace core, serving both the distribution and manufacturing businesses that hire and the workers they depend on. On the agents track you join a new team as a founding PM, building 0-to-1 AI agents that use marketplace data to act autonomously inside customers' supply chain operations.
What you'll do
- Staffing track: set strategy for the central marketplace flows, weighing customer needs, field realities and business results
- Staffing track: lift fill rates, liquidity, efficiency and match quality, and design internal tools that let operations scale
- Agents track: set direction for the agent platform, prototyping quickly alongside early design partners and customer teams
- Agents track: define how agents plan multi-step work, call tools, hold context and complete tasks on users' behalf
- Agents track: specify how agents should behave and build the evals and quality bar that make them reliable
- Both tracks: write thorough specs, work hand in hand with engineers, and dig into data to answer hard questions
- Both tracks: roll out and refine products across customer sites and regions, explaining complicated systems plainly at every level
What they're looking for
- 3 to 10 years as a product manager, owning strategy as well as execution
- Comfort untangling two-sided marketplace tradeoffs between customer, operational and business needs
- Analytical depth: you find patterns in data and use them to settle important questions
- Clear communication about systems, workflows and strategy at every level of a company
- For the agents track: working knowledge of what current models can do and how agent systems are built
- Willingness to work on-site and embed with operations, field teams and customers
