JD — the work
About the role
This senior PM role reports to the CEO and owns the AI workflows inside a social commerce platform, spanning everything from prompt-driven generation to decision engines powered by data. You would take AI features from discovery through launch, set the metrics that prove they work, and pick up substantial anchor projects in your first weeks. It suits someone who wants real ownership and enjoys shipping quickly in a fast, often ambiguous environment.
What you'll do
- Own AI capabilities across the platform, from early customer discovery through a successful launch
- Partner with design, engineering and customer teams to build prompting workflows and tune the underlying models
- Choose the measures of success for each AI feature, including accuracy, conversion and how much work gets automated
- Find the biggest openings in personalization, prompting and AI-driven social engagement to guide strategy
- Ship fast, iterate constantly and take on large anchor projects from the start
- Stay close to customers so their needs directly drive what the team builds
What they're looking for
- 3 to 5+ years working as a product manager
- A solid grasp of AI workflows, from prompting systems to model-driven decisions
- Fast execution paired with real insight into what customers need
- Hunger for ownership and genuine excitement about growth
- Comfort in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment where products ship constantly
