About the role
Own the loop that turns real patient interactions into better AI agents at a healthcare-advocacy company: voice AI handling calls to insurers and providers, autonomous care-coordination workflows, and the eval/RL pipelines that make every agent smarter with use.
What you'll do
- Launch and scale voice AI for patient activation and outbound calls
- Design agents orchestrating end-to-end workflows: equipment delivery, prior auths, care coordination
- Build real-time copilots for human advocates
- Build eval infrastructure measuring quality across every interaction
- Implement RL/feedback pipelines for continuous improvement from production usage
