What you'll do
- Own a product area per quarter: research with coaches and clients, design, ship
- Build AI recommendation systems: real-time in-call guidance, re-engagement flows
- Create polished consumer and coach UI/UX using AI agents for design
- Define and own success metrics
- Push back on the CEO's vision with informed perspective
