About the role
You would own frontend work for the live operations and logistics tools behind the company's food delivery business, across both web and mobile. The frontend relies on high-performance React applications fed by WebSockets, server-sent events, and GraphQL subscriptions. The business is in a critical phase of scaling from early traction to much larger volume, and you would shape architecture that runs daily delivery operations, working hand in hand with the backend and ops teams in a fast, engineering-first culture.
What you'll do
- Build responsive React apps that stream live data through GraphQL subscriptions, SSE, and WebSockets
- Help shape the React Native apps that couriers use
- Own the technical design of complex features, from early architecture choices to launch
- Make the frontend faster, more reliable, and ready for heavy logistics traffic
- Coach other engineers and lift frontend quality across the group
What they're looking for
- Solid senior-level frontend experience with deep React and TypeScript skills
- Experience building real-time interfaces with WebSockets, SSE, or GraphQL subscriptions
- Comfort leading projects end to end in a fast-moving team
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs
