About the role
You would be part of a compact, senior group designing and shipping the core systems behind an auction-based GPU marketplace that has grown into a full brokerage for AI compute. The work combines auction and market design, real-time systems, and web development in a young domain, and the company is expanding into routing inference traffic across GPU providers and reselling used hardware. The org is flat with everyone reporting to the CEO, and engineers lean heavily on AI agents that write code.
What you'll do
- Ship backend services built to scale and easy-to-use React and TypeScript interfaces
- Reach users where they already work through public APIs, integrations for AI agents, workplace chat apps, and other new surfaces
- Own production reliability and performance, from CI/CD pipelines and test automation to safe rollbacks
- Partner across the company on features, weighing correctness against performance and long-term maintainability
- Speed up delivery with coding agents, applying your own judgment and taste on what ships
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of software engineering, including senior full-stack work
- Strong React and TypeScript plus solid backend service design
- Backend experience with tools such as Go, Rust, Node.js, Kafka, and Kubernetes
- Comfort with lots of autonomy, quick feedback loops, and founder-style ownership of whole systems
- Enthusiasm for AI-native development and working alongside coding agents
