About the role
Own full research directions at the frontier of audio AI — from design and training to deployment — at a fast-growing data-research company backed by NVIDIA and top-tier investors, whose speech and audio models power the data layer for the world's leading AI labs.
What you'll do
- Own ML research end to end: design, train, deploy, fine-tune speech/audio models
- Publish at the NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR level and advance the state of the art
- Build production inference and pipelines processing terabytes of audio daily
- Partner with ops and engineering on training/eval datasets
- Set ML roadmaps and mentor as the team scales
