About the role
You would be the company's first product designer, owning the full product experience of an AI voice agent platform. The role suits someone with sharp product taste and real usability instincts who enjoys the pace of a fast-growing startup. You would define the way customers work with voice agents and build a clean, easy-to-use product from scratch, in close partnership with the founders and engineering team.
What you'll do
- Carry design from first sketches through to refined, launched features
- Make complicated voice agent workflows feel simple and intuitive
- Scope, iterate on, and launch features together with the founders and engineering
- Interview customers and convert their frustrations into well-considered design decisions
- Create and grow a design system that keeps the product consistent and well crafted
