About the role
A foundational full-stack hire on the engineering team of a fast-growing mental health company serving neurodivergent and autistic adults. As the business expands into medication management, ADHD diagnosis, and supervision tools for clinicians, and a Series B round underway, you would build mostly new product (around 70% greenfield) and have real influence over its direction. The role suits a product-minded builder who wants genuine ownership and is motivated by building care that has not existed before for this group.
What you'll do
- Create new features end to end, such as intake for new clients, tools for clinicians, and medication management
- Ship APIs and UI across a single TypeScript monorepo using Prisma, tRPC, Supabase, React, and Node with Fastify
- Partner with clinical staff, operations, and two product managers joining soon to find and validate problems worth solving
- Lead projects from the first scoping conversations to launch and help steer what the product becomes
- Raise the bar on developer experience, including CI/CD, observability, and code standards
