About the role
Backed by a top-tier venture firm and already used by several of the largest consumer tech companies, this seed-stage team builds AI-powered customer research. You would work across product, infrastructure, and the AI layer on a tight engineering team, owning each project from the first design document through delivery to customers. The environment is fast, customer-focused, and light on meetings, with one weekly sync, and you would help shape culture and architecture while the company heads toward its Series A.
What you'll do
- Lead projects across database, backend, frontend, and AI, from design document to implementation and delivery
- Weigh in on product decisions and design discussions, and speak with customers directly about the features you ship
- Develop LLM-backed product features, write and run evals, and rely on AI coding assistants in your daily work
- Collaborate daily with a founding group of about six engineers, a product lead, and a designer
- Influence how the team builds, from technical architecture to engineering norms, as headcount grows
