About the role
You would join early at a fast-growing startup whose platform produces the data frontier AI labs depend on, across areas such as agentic computer use, finance, enterprise workflows, and multimodal output. You would own the hardest, most open-ended features end to end, make architecture calls that keep a small, strong team shipping fast, and lead a pod of two or three engineers. The ambition is very large revenue growth with a deliberately small team.
What you'll do
- Build and own the system that runs data production workflows for frontier labs end to end
- Decide architecture and design independently while pushing product quality, polish, and performance higher
- Act as tech lead for two or three engineers, coaching them and clearing blockers
- Partner with the operations team to spot the most valuable problems and solve them in the product
- Use AI coding tools every day while critically checking what they produce
