About the role
Senior/staff backend for a large-scale platform of vertical AI agents transforming property management: agent runtime services, multi-tenant data modeling, integrations at scale, and the reliability engineering that keeps autonomous agents trustworthy.
What you'll do
- Own agent runtime: tool execution, state, orchestration, retries, idempotency, rate limiting
- Design stable versioned APIs, webhooks, and integration adapters
- Model agent memory, workflow history, audit trails, permissions, tenant isolation
- Run integrations at scale: OAuth, sync engines, connectors with strong observability
- Control performance and cost: throughput, queues, caching, inference spend, runaway guards
- Define SLOs, tracing, circuit breakers; run incidents; raise standards
